The mould must be maintained every time it is used, in addition to regular maintenance, we need to check and clean the groove, correct the damaged and worn parts.
For appearance maintenance: paint the outer side of the mold base to avoid rust. After running, the fixed and moving plate should be coated with anti-rust, then close it tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity. Clean the core and cavity, no debris can be left to avoid damaging the surface of the mould. Spray anti-rust agent. No cooling water can be left in the mould cooling system, and it must be cleaned to prevent the mould from rusting and blocking the waterway.
The mechanical standard parts of the mold should be coated with lubricating oil, such as: guide post/thimble/reset lever/lower guide post, etc. After the mold is closed, cover it with a dust cloth to prevent dust from entering the mold and causing the mold to rust. Before the mold is shipped out, the mold clamping piece must be installed, and the packaging is strong and rust-proof.
In the early stage of contract signing, we will arrange the mold reasonably and complete the specified tasks within the specified time. We will not blindly take orders because it is profitable, and we will not pass the risk on to our customers. Our materials are never adulterated. Some businesses will replace mold cores with inferior materials in order to seek temporary benefits. Such a result will lead to the loss of the customer market, and we pursue long-term win-win rather than short-term benefits.
The maintenance of the mold is more important than the repair. The more times the mold is repaired, the shorter its life; and the better the mold is maintained, the longer its service life will be.
