Food Packaging

In food packaging, QX Mould mainly produces thin-wall mould. Thin wall products are very light in weight which can reduce the cost of packaging. At the same time, the imported PP plastic material which is non-toxic and microwaveable in food packaging is also the first choice. We are very experienced in thin-wall molds. We have high requirements on the mould steel selection, mould structure optimization, mould cooling and high-speed injection molding machines with the production process to reduce production cycle time and increase mould life.

Fast Moving Consumer Goods

In the fast moving consumer goods, QX Mould mainly produces PET preform mould, bottle mould, cap moulds.

Our PET preform moulds use stainless steel, needle valve hot runner, independent lock so that the mould is easier to maintain and improve the life of the mould. At present can make 72 cavities.

Bottle moulds are mainly used in the blow molding process, stretch-blow mould and extrusion blow mould.

Caps moulds are widely used in beverage, milk powder packaging, medical supplies, liquid packaging, and cosmetics etc. We can produce multi-cavity cap moulds with excellent cooling system and short production cycle to increase your production.

Injection moulds required for such products demand high quality steel, optimal quality cooling systems and quality spares to increase the life of the molds. We consider basic principles in mould technology such as analysing the structure plates, ejection system, requirement of hot runner or cold runner, avoiding ejection marks, measuring thickness and placement of the cooling lines for achieving great quality in house ware moulds.
