1. Material Selection: Balancing Durability and Compatibility Bottle cap molds require excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. (1) Thread Design

The thread is crucial for the bottle cap's seal, and its precision affects the fit with the bottle mouth. QX Mould uses professional software to precisely calculate parameters such as thread profile and pitch, fully considering material shrinkage, and accurately compensates for the mold thread dimensions, ensuring a tight fit between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth, effectively preventing leakage.

(2) Demolding Design

The internal threads of the bottle cap make demolding difficult. (1) Processing Flow:

Finally, high-speed machining centers and electrical discharge machining are used for finishing, combined with fine polishing, to make the mold surface smooth and ensure the bottle cap has an exquisite appearance.

(2) Quality Inspection:

After the mold is made, QX Mould uses a coordinate measuring machine to measure key dimensions and conducts pressure tests to check the pressure-bearing capacity.
